Casey Schwarz

I’m a trainer based out of Miami, FLorida. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, from professional and youth athletes, to beginners.

Strength is relative and every journey starts somewhere.

Becoming the strongest version of yourself, does not have to be difficult, but it often is.

Why is that?

With so much conflicting information, it’s can be frusturating and confusing on where to start.

Guess what? You are not alone.

My passion is to help you achieve your goal by creating structured programs that are not only sustainable, but progressively build toward your ultimate goal.

Training Principles:

Individuality- Everyone is different and every BODY is different. Training should cater to individual needs. One size does not fit all.

Specificity- To put simply, you’ll get better at what you practice. Train specifically to what you want to improve.

Overload- To increase strength and endurance, you will eventually have to do more. Any demanding exercise attempted too soon risks injury. Knowing when and how to increase your efforts is important.

Progression- Where overload refers to a single session, progression is short and long term development for an athlete over time. A well-periodized program will appropriately challenge the athlete to attain new levels of performance.

Adaption- Over time the body becomes accustomed to the demands placed on it. This results in improved efficiency and less effort. You will need to eventually increase the stimulus in order to continue progress.

Recovery- The body can not repair itself without rest and recovery. At a basic level, the more you train, the more you need to eat and sleep.

Reversibility- Put simply, use it or lose it. Once you have attained a certain level of fitness, you will need to continue to train to keep it or the adaptions will be reversed.
